Six players who were 'on fire' in today's heat

Temperatures rose to over 30 degrees during our medal round today. This, combined with the fact that the greens are increasing in speed daily, made for quite difficult playing conditions. However, 16 of the 33 members and one guest playing scored a net 77 or below.
Helmut hit the ball long and straight.....just to clarify, Helmut as always hit the ball great distances and for once stayed within the course and mostly on the fairways. This resulted in his playing 2 under par, winning the medal and bringing his handicap down. Well played Helmut! Players finishing in 2nd, 3rd and 4th positions, Ninolito, Stan and Luc respectively all scored a net 73 and the placings were decided on their scores on the back nine.
